Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to LWSE LLC.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has been scheduled.

• Completed labor is generally non-refundable; however, if workmanship issues arise, LWSE LLC will work with the customer to address and resolve legitimate concerns.

• Material costs are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or purchased specifically for a project.

• Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
